Discussion: Compliance - Rich Dennis said his supervisor had given him a copy of the Reservations Compliance - Employee Fact Sheet for helping you reach your Compliance goal. He was not sure if it had been posted in the break room.

Vonda has seen several agent’s call records showing why people were not meeting compliance. Examples were: still taking calls when it was break or lunch time, too much  personal time, extending briefing times, excessive call work time. Discussion followed about signing out 2-3 minutes before break followed. Management has advised us it was okay to sine out 2 - 3 minutes early; instead of being late for breaks.

Vonda spoke to management in regards to call rotation when an agent gets a direct  dial call. It does not remove the agent from the call rotation

Pat Stewart said she would like to see a Queue Team added  back. Discussion followed with members talking about problems with not having a dedicated Queue Team. Vonda has spoke to management about this previously.

Discusson on a scent free area. Susan Clifton asked if the Union could come up with guidelines. Vonda asked Susan to help with recommendations for the Scent Free Area and Susan agreed.

Vonda talked about the Over Time Payment letters that agents received. She had spoken with the company and the company had told her a “detailed” letter would be sent out. When the letters were received the letters were not in detail. Deb. Jones can provide information to anyone requesting.  Questions were also asked regarding the $25.00 increments, could it be a lesser amount for hardships. The Union was advised the $25.00 was the lowest amount the Company would consider.

Vonda talked about the Company laying off 600 people. Management advised Vonda that Reservations would not be a part of the layoff. VTO has been a way for the company to save money through the Reservations department.
